When you use Local Review Responder, we collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, and Google Business Profile data authorized through OAuth 2.0. We also collect usage data including browser type, device information, and interaction logs to improve our service.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and improve our review management services, generate AI-assisted review responses, send you notifications about new reviews, and communicate service updates. We do not sell, share, or transfer your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Google API Services User Data Policy
Local Review Responder's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access the minimum data necessary to provide our services.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest. OAuth tokens are stored securely and are never exposed to unauthorized parties.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing admin@localreviewresponder.com. Upon account termination or revocation of Google access, stored tokens and review data are deleted within 30 days.
