2. Description of Service
Local Review Responder provides AI-powered Google Business Profile review management tools, including automated review response drafting, multi-location dashboards, real-time monitoring, and reputation analytics.
3. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, reviewing and approving all AI-generated responses before they are posted, and ensuring your use complies with Google's Business Profile policies and applicable laws.
4. AI-Generated Content
Our AI generates suggested review responses for your consideration. You retain full control over whether to post, edit, or discard any AI-generated response. We do not guarantee the accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content and recommend reviewing all suggestions before publishing.
5. Limitation of Liability
Local Review Responder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will be revoked and your data will be deleted within 30 days in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
